Format: Each week, we will focus on a different tactical skills of the game, as building blocks with an increased amount of decision-making situations, introducing concepts in a station based practice. Tactical skills include ground balls, cradling + stick protection, catching + passing, shooting + faking, dodging, defensive positioning, offensive concepts, clears + the draw. We will spend time each practice on physical literacy, improving each kid's fundamental movement skills as well.
